 Client Comments:

Dear George,

Thank you for the wonderful job you did in designing our home. The detail is extraordinary and reflective of your many years of experience with high end home building.
Your most impressive attribute, however, was your complete honesty with us and the others associated with our project. You displayed uncompromising integrity at all times, even when working through tough issues.
Your follow up was always timely and thorough. Your recognition and reputation as a premiere architect in the greater Sarasota area is well deserved.
Please use us as a reference for any prospective client.

Cordially yours,
Duane & Marcia

Dear George,

Words cannot describe how happy we are with our beautiful new home, but we will try anyway. The size of the lot started off as a challenge, but your brilliant design does not make it seem so. Everyone marvels at how much house we were able to put on this lot and still make it look fantastic. The room sizes are just perfect, plenty of space but not too big. We had our son and his family stay the weekend and entertaining was a breeze. He declared it was the most beautiful house he has ever seen and we have to agree! We look forward to many, many years of our children, grandchildren and perhaps great grandchildren visiting.
We are so grateful for meeting you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream home come true!

Fondly,
Susan & Neil

Dear George,

This is a letter of sincere gratitude and appreciation for you being our architect. It has now been one year since we moved into our new home and we could not be more delighted with "what Merlin wrought". The home you created for us is awesome; it is both simple and elegant, a visual masterpiece in harmony and balance with the surroundings. Best of all, it is truly a happy place in which to live. You were there whenever we needed advice, help, and the collective wisdom you have accumulated through the years regarding all there is to know about building a new home in this area. Your demeanor and temperament allowed for problem solving in a win-win way that was in everyone's best interest.   Should any of your past, present, or future clients need to talk to someone regarding the work you do, please have them contact us, so they can also appreciate what can be done by having you as their architect.

Our heartfelt thanks once again, Nancy & Phil

Dear George,

For a realtor to be of true value to their clients he or she  must have the right people to call upon for expertise outside of their normal knowledge and you fill that void when it comes to permitting rules and building on the waterfront... I don't know of another local architect that I would call upon to advise  my clients about building on our waterfront. Your broad experience and significant regular interface with the county and state staff governing much of what can or cannot be done is unequalled.
